Long Awaited Nursery Pics

Two weeks ago we got a call letting us know that Grayson’s furniture was ready to be delivered!  Blair and I are getting more and more excited as the due date gets closer, but finally having some tangible baby “stuff” brought us to a whole new level of baby anticipation.

Delivery was not cheap even though the company and their warehouse were located in town, but in comparison to the delivery fee, the optional “setup/installation” cost was nearly nothing.  Paying this nominal fee was easily one of the best decisions either of us has made so far.

The setup of the crib alone took the workers nearly an hour and while that might sound like an “ok” time for a first-time dad, these are baby professionals that put together baby furniture all day, every day.  Best $20 I’ve spent.  If any other expectant parents are thinking of putting together their baby furniture themselves, I highly, highly recommend paying someone else to do it if it’s comparably cheap.

Without further ado (as you can tell, I’m all about ado), here are the pictures.  We have not put anything on the walls yet, so they look slightly bare.  On the same note, the letters in the crib will be hanging on the wall behind it in the same pattern they’re laying in.
