Progress!

Grayson officially turned 2-weeks old yesterday! We can’t believe that time is passing so quickly, although the lost sleep that wrecked our short-term memory for the first week may have something to do with that.

Blair’s mom (reluctantly!) drove back to Ft. Worth yesterday, so Blair and I are officially ‘on our own’ for the time being. With all the help from our families, we really felt prepared to start taking care of Grayson (and Indy) by ourselves this weekend. So far things have been great – he’s sleeping for 3 and 4 hours during the night, giving mommy and daddy some much needed rest. I’ll be heading back to the office Monday, so our schedule may get interesting shortly…

We’ll have plenty more pictures up soon. It’s not that we’re not taking many, it’s that we’re taking so many it’s a bit daunting to pick out some to post and then put them up here!
